We have installed Latest version of optical emission spectrometer with digital /plasma technology & i.e.6th Version from M/s Spectro Gmbh, Germany which is capable to Chemical Analysis of Various Metal like Ferrous & Non-Ferrous base metals like Low Carbon steel , Medium Carbon steel ,tool steel , Stainless Steel ,Copper , Aluminium & Nickel base metals.

All Test data are being directly exported to our Laboratory Management system software (Reporting software) for faster, safe & accurate Report preparation.  

Spectrometer is capable to Chemical Analysis of Various Metals like

FE BASE : Any Fe Base Metal , Any Stainless /SS Steel with Nitrogen i.e.MS/SS/Alloy Steel/ Tool Steel etc.

COPPER : Pure Copper& Copper Base alloy  Metal

ALUMINIUM : Pure Aluminium & All Aluminium Base alloy  Metal

NICKEL : Pure Nickel & Any Nickel Base alloy Metal
